We are getting on with the job of building a stronger NSW to take the pressure off families in Hornsby.

Because we’ve built a strong economy, we’re delivering for you and local communities across NSW.

Matt Kean is your local Liberal Member for Hornsby and Minister for Energy and Environment.

Matt entered Parliament in 2011. During his first four years he successfully delivered on several key election promises; with a $120 million upgrade and rebuild of Hornsby Hospital, the establishment of a new $36 million mental health ward, the connection of Galston and Cowan suburbs to the main sewerage line and the commencement of major infrastructure projects like NorthConnex and the North West Rail Link.

In 2012, Matt was elected chairman of the Joint Standing Committee of Office of the Valuer General, he also set up the Missing Link Action Network to campaign for the construction of the F3-M2 Sydney Orbital Link between Wahroonga and Pennant Hills.

Matt also heavily campaigned for a greater awareness on suicide prevention and curbing alcohol-related violence.
